Our Story
Meet Caytie and Shane Langford, seasoned entrepreneurs with over two decades of experience in the business world. Shane's entrepreneurial journey includes starting and scaling a successful construction business, which he eventually sold after 20 years of hard work. Meanwhile, Caytie, a former non-profit executive and executive coach, brings her expertise in leadership and strategy to the table. Their passion for real estate investing began in 2010 when they purchased their first rental property. Since then, they have made significant strides, acquiring multiple rentals and successfully flipping numerous houses. In 2023, the duo made the bold decision to fully dedicate themselves to real estate investing, embarking on an exciting new chapter in their entrepreneurial careers.
